MicroBasket Private Limited (“MBPT”) is the licensed owner of the brand and logo of GheeStore and the website GheeStore.IN (“The Site”). MBPT values your privacy. This Privacy Policy provides a concise summary of how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded by MBPT. Eligibility

The services provided by the Site are currently available only to residents of India. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Minors are prohibited from purchasing adult-restricted products or those that are legally restricted for their age group.

License & Site Access

MBPT grants you limited access and personal use of the Site. You may not download (except for page caching) or modify the Site, or any portion of it, without express written consent from MBPT. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents, any collection and use of product listings or descriptions, or any derivative use of the Site or its contents. Any unauthorized use will result in termination of the license granted by MBPT.

Account & Registration Obligations

All users must register and log in to place orders on the Site. You are responsible for keeping your account details and registration information accurate and up-to-date. MBPT will not be held responsible for communication failures due to incorrect information.

Pricing

All branded products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise stated. Prices for unbranded or repackaged items will reflect the price at the time of purchase. The price at the time of order placement will be the final price charged at delivery. No additional charges will apply, and no refunds will be issued if prices fluctuate after the order is placed.

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You may cancel your order up to the cut-off time or within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service. MBPT reserves the right to cancel orders for fraudulent activity or non-compliance with the Site’s Terms & Conditions. Please refer to the “Refund Policy” or the FAQ section for more information.

User Responsibilities

  1. If a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by you, any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to you.
  2. You must provide accurate and authentic information. MBPT reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided. If any false information is detected, MBPT reserves the right to reject the registration and deny access to the Site.
  3. You access and use the Site at your own risk, making informed decisions before engaging in any transactions.
  4. You agree that the delivery address provided by you is correct and complete.
  5. You agree to check product descriptions carefully before placing an order and agree to be bound by the terms of sale included in the product description.
  6. You will use the Site for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

  1. Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
  2. Encouraging conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be held exclusively in the courts of Chennai. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the venue for arbitration will be Chennai.

Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

All reviews, feedback, suggestions, and submissions disclosed on the Site will become the exclusive property of MBPT. By submitting any content, you grant MBPT the right to use, modify, publish, display, and distribute your submission without any compensation. MBPT is not obligated to maintain confidentiality, compensate for submissions, or respond to any feedback provided.

Copyright & Trademark

All intellectual property rights to the content, technology, products, and processes appearing on the Site are reserved by MBPT or its authorized suppliers. Accessing the Site does not grant any license to MBPT’s intellectual property. The Site and its content, including trademarks and service marks, are protected by copyright laws.

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the Site.
